Travel hoops are one of the most versatile exercise tools on the market. Firstly, it's a hoop, so it's fun and not even what you think of as exercise. But it is! Second, it comes apart so it can go with you in a little car, on your bike, motorcycle, shoulder, airplane, etc. You can whip it out at the park, at the beach, in your employer's parking lot! Or a grassy area at your workplace.
Our standard 6-pc. travel hoop for beginners is made in a 42" diameter. It's great for learning beginning hoop moves. But wait! Take out one section and you have an instant intermediate hoop for the challenge and workout you crave after mastering the beginner size.
Finally, one of the most beneficial configurations of the travel hoop is a "hooper helper" size (49"). Add in one extra section to the six it comes with, and you've got a big hug of a hoop that will welcome anyone into the hooping family! Hoopers who begin waist hooping with the helper size are able to start transitioning to a standard adult size by the end of six weeks, or earlier. Everyone can hula hoop!
